In May 2010, SATCO started the provision of integrated facilities management services for Phase I of Ma’aden Housing Village, constructed on land area of approximately 200,000 m2 to serve 500 residents. Two years later, in June 2012, Phase II of the Housing Village contract was awarded to SATCO with a total capacity of 2,500 residents and designed on land area of approximately 1,000,000 m2 to showcase a modern life style with all required facilities for village residents working for the Ma’aden industrial plants.
